Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Rail Call is operated by Melnek Enterprises LLC ("Melnek," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address, and your login credentials (passwords are handled by our authentication system and are never visible to us).
• Your content: racing form and odds screenshots, pasted text, notes, race labels and context you enter.
• Analysis data: the AI-generated analysis for each race, your recorded results and finish positions, and win/loss amounts you enter.
• Your Claude (Anthropic) API key, which you choose to save in Settings.
• Subscription information: your plan status, billing period, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card details are collected directly by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Basic technical and usage data, such as device and browser type, needed to run and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

• To provide the Service, including generating analysis and showing your history and statistics.
• To process subscriptions and payments, and to send account, welcome, and billing emails about your use of the Service.
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse.
• To respond to you and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third parties who process data

• Anthropic: your screenshots, text, and API key are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce your analysis. Anthropic's handling of that data is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
• Stripe: our payment processor. It collects and stores your card details and handles billing, invoices, and receipts under its own privacy policy. We do not store your card number.
• Our hosting, email, and infrastructure providers, which store your account and race data and deliver our emails on our behalf.

5. Screenshots and links

Screenshots you add are processed in memory only. They are sent to Anthropic for analysis and are not saved to our file storage or kept in your history. Still, avoid uploading images containing information you would not want processed, such as account numbers or balances.

6. Your API key

Your API key is stored against your account and used only to run your analyses. It is not shown to other users. Remove it anytime in Settings. Treat it like a password and rotate it with Anthropic if you suspect misuse.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual races or clear your history in the app. You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time in Settings using Delete account. Deleting your account immediately cancels any Premium subscription and erases your login, race history, results, saved settings (including your API key), and usage records from our systems. This cannot be undone. If you cannot use the in-app option, email support@infieldfly.app and we will process your request within 30 days, subject to legal obligations. Payment and tax records may be kept by us and by Stripe for as long as the law requires.

Emails: we send only account, welcome, and billing messages. To stop non-essential emails, email support@infieldfly.app with "unsubscribe" in the subject. We will honor it promptly, though we may still send essential billing and security notices.

8. Security

Access to your data is restricted to your account and authorized administrators. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Age restriction

The Service is for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Contact us to make a request.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
